| Olive oil | 2.Sear the meat with the olive oil |
| 500mg mushrooms | 3.Cook the mushrooms with the olive oil |
| 1 Thyme sprig | 4.Cut the insie of the pastry and add the meat |
| Sea Salt and Pepper | 5. Brush the pastry with the eggwash and plave inside the oven for 15 minutes |
| 500g puff pastry | 6.Take out of the oven and serve hot |
