Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 2 hours


Ingredients Method
1 pound beef tenderloin fillet 1.Wrap beef in film and let it sit in fridge overnight
Olive oil 2.Sear the meat with the olive oil
500mg mushrooms 3.Cook the mushrooms with the olive oil
1 Thyme sprig 4.Cut the insie of the pastry and add the meat
Sea Salt and Pepper 5. Brush the pastry with the eggwash and plave inside the oven for 15 minutes
500g puff pastry 6.Take out of the oven and serve hot

Important tips:


  1. The seasoning of the meat is key
  2. You will not cook as well as me
  3. The meal is about family time
